Meet the Doctors
|
Dr. Barry Lyon
Dr. Lyon received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Maryland at Baltimore. Following that, he was a resident in general dentistry at St. Agnes Hospital in Baltimore, Maryland. After finishing that program, Dr. Lyon completed a residency in Pediatric Dentistry at the University of Maryland and was a Post-Doctoral Fellow at Johns Hopkins Hospital.
Dr. Lyon was a member of the Maryland State Board of Dental Examiners for eight years, serving one year as president-elect, one year as president, and two years as secretary-treasurer. Dr. Lyon is also a Clinical Associate Professor of Pediatric Dentistry at the University Of Maryland School Of Dentistry. Dr. Lyon has been the president of the Maryland Academy of Pediatric Dentistry and the president of the Maryland Society of Dentistry for Children. He is currently the media spokesman for the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry.

Dr. Wendy Daulat
Dr. Wendy Daulat was born and raised in New York. She attended Binghamton University and received her Bachelor of Arts degree in 1994. In 1998, Dr. Daulat completed her dental school training at The University of Maryland and received her Doctor of Dental Surgery Degree. Following dental school, she completed a one-year Advanced General Dentistry Residency in 1999 and a two-year Pediatric Dentistry Residency in 2001. After three years in private practice, Dr. Daulat shifted her focus to treating patients in need of hospital dental services. She lives in Howard County with her husband, Chetan, son Julian, and two German Shepards. Dr. Daulat enjoys spending time with her family, travelling, and reading her imported New York Times.

Dr. Natasha Khuraha
Dr. Natasha Khuraha graduated from the University of Maryland, Baltimore
College of Dental Surgery with a DDS (Doctor of Dental Sugery) degree after
receiving her BA in Internal Affairs. She received her Pediatric Certificate
in New York, NY at the New York University College of Dentistry. She is a
Diplomate of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry and is a member of the
ADA, AAPD and MAPD. Dr. Khuraha is a recipient of the AAPHD (American
Association of Public Health Dentistry) Award and the Maryland Society of
Dentistry for Children Humanitarian Award. She is an advocate and volunteer
for the Special Olympics and the Ronald McDonald House organizations. "I will
strive to make every appointment as enjoyable as possible. I appreciate the
trust parents have in me to make their child's smile as bright and healthy
as possible." says Dr. Khuraha. When she's not working, Dr. Khuraha, born
in Silver Springs, MD, enjoys running, extreme sports and traveling.
Dr. Melissa Saintil
Dr. Saintil graduated with honors from City College of New York with a
Bachelor's Degree in Biology. She worked at the Downstate Medical Center in
New York before applying to dental school. She was an assistant at the
Infant and Child Learning Center which provided medical services to special
needs children. In 2005, she received her Doctor of Dental Surgery from
Stony Brook School of Dental Medicine. In 2007, Dr. Saintil completed a
residency in pediatric dentistry and also obtained a Master of Science in
Dentistry at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey. Dr.
Saintil is a member of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry and the
American Dental Association.
